Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vortex Streak website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Vortex Streak provides professional communication skills training and coaching services to individuals and organizations across Canada. Our services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and specialized training programs.

Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our services:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Payment is required before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been made
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as completed
• You may reschedule up to two sessions per program without penalty
• Program refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no sessions have been conducted

Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Attend sessions on time and prepared
• Engage in good faith with program materials and exercises
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants (in group settings)
• Provide honest feedback to help us improve our services

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of Vortex Streak. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute program materials without written permission
• Use our methodologies for commercial purposes
• Share session recordings with third parties

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Information you share during coaching sessions
• Your enrollment and participation in our programs
• Session content and personal development goals

Exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Limitations of Service

Our communication training services are educational in nature. We do not provide:

• Psychological counseling or therapy
• Legal or professional career advice
• Guarantees of specific career outcomes or job placements

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to deliver high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation in our programs.

Limitation of Liability

Vortex Streak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Fail to meet payment obligations

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
